"In the past 90 days I've had my 1st mani- and pedicure, brazilian wax, and eyebrow tint n wax, and the Nail Bar in the Valley is great! Actually, the mani and pedi I had done downtown at Capital Nails, and was treated like a king, even though Im a STRAIGHT up queen, PUN INTENDED, TY very much, haha. No men work at Nail Bar...girls only...and the whole thing is not my social or political cup of tea...I'm a coffee drinker, 12 oz french roast w a splash of cream and 4 raw sugars. go get pampered at eithe place. Prices were totally affordable and well worth it. Every one was helpful, honest, and respectful, even some customers...."

"My Sister went in (had appt scheduled 2 weeks prior). She came home with skin ripped off her cuticles and fingers. The woman (apparently the owner) that did her Brazilian...messed up and ended up having to scrub her private area excessively to clean her up and fix what she did. Ok top of that horrible experience, the shape of her nails is incorrect and sloppy. My sister was offered a redo on her nails but the state of her fingers was not ok. She was actively bleeding upon leaving and no further action was taken and she was charged full prices for all services. Even after feeling violated, and having the skin ripped off her fingers. We will be calling in the morning to make formal complaints."
