"The staff at Travel Big Sky Vacation Rentals has always been quick to respond, friendly, professional and very informative for being first time visitors to Big Sky,Montana. We and another couple have stayed at 2 of their other properties in Big Sky and we both had great experiences! The properties were clean, beautiful, and spacious for a family of 6 and a family of 4. "I booked with this company and they cancelled my reservation without telling me. They also would not send my money back for a booking that they cancelled without telling me. Not only am I out a place to stay but also I am out the money paid for the place to stay, they will not refund my money. I was told the reason I can't get my money back is because I cancelled the reservation. That is not true. Not sure why I would have cancelled when I have plane flights and rental cars all lined up for the trip. It was a re-booking of a reservation due to delaying travel because of COVID. I was so excited to stay slopeside in their unit. My reservation was re-booked and I emailed them two days before my trip to confirm the reservation. That is when they told me my reservation had been cancelled by me. I have a clear confirmation in my email of the booking. I'm sure the place I booked is nice to stay in and I'm sure if all travel plans are smooth then this would be a fine company to work with. If there are any changes to plans though beware. They were not easy to work with. I did book a non-refundable place, they were accommodating enough to re-book the place to a later date which they did not have to do. Then...the re-booking was mysteriously cancelled and they will not refund my money. I would gladly stay in the place as I mentioned above, I already have a flight and rental car, and not request a refund but they told me they already re-booked the place. In my opinion it would be nice of them to just refund the money and we go on our separate ways. They are not willing to."

"My husband and I just returned from skiing at Big Sky, Montana and used Travel Big Sky Vacation Rentals/Blackstone Management to book our condo rental at Shoshone Hotel/Condo, which is in a wonderful location. We were not disappointed either using this management company or the condo. The condo was lovely (1 king bed in the master; queen size murphy bed; queen size sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower only and one with a tub/shower combo). The management company was very attentive from the time we arrived until we left. I would highly recommend this vacation rental company."
