My husband and I have very different levels of riding experience but Kip did an excellent job picking the horses and trail to suit both our experience levels. He was extremely knowledable about the surrounding areas and you could tell he and his family have a passion for what they do. "We’ve done many trail rides but our experience with Kip was the best ever! As a family we had several different abilities and ages, from 9 years old to 74. Everyone had an amazing time. The horses were all wonderful and the dogs that went along were extra entertainment, complimenting the amazing views on the ride. Most notable for me was Kips attention to everyone. When my daughter was lacking confidence he took the extra time to make her feel better. Everyone finished the ride with huge smiles and confidence gained. Highly recommend Rugg’s!"

"Sunday, June 18, 2023, was our first experience with this outfitter, and we'll definitely be back. We took a short horseback ride and had a great experience. Kip and Elijah were very patient with our inexperienced group, clearly explaining basic safety and horse handling procedures. The horses were well-mannered and gentle, and the ride nicely scenic. Kip is a good photographer and took some great group photos of us. I was also impressed with Kip's responsiveness to my pre-ride email questions. Overall, an A+ experience."

"Really awesome ride to go with family, horses where very well behaved and trained. Each horses have their own personality that makes them unique, i at first was really nervous to be doing this ride but at the end it was quite hard to say goodbye to my horse named Jammer. Kipp is a really great guy, he really shows care for each of his horses, he was really patient with us, extremely helpful, and shows great knowledge for horses, the terrain, and history. I most definitely would do this again, Ruggs Outfitting takes you to beautiful views, great tour guide, the friendliest horses, and two of the best dog companions of kipp you’ll have beside you when riding are Butters & Bug."
