"UPDATE: The owner reached out to me willing to check if I was mistakenly charged for something extra. I hadn’t even had a chance to contact them back before they issued me a refund on the amount I was accidentally charged. I appreciate their prompt response to my issue. And I’m glad I don’t have to search for a new barber! I had a good experience and my haircut was fine. But when I stood up to pay and saw $68 on the screen for a regular haircut and neck shave, it caught me way off guard. Especially because this is my 5th or 6th time in and never had a cut cost more than $40 or so. Add the 10% tip and I’m close to an $80 haircut! I’ll probably have to find a new place, just can afford or justify that price. Just looked on my bank statements and my last 5 haircuts there were all $42 (most recent was February 2 of this year)."

"For $35+ tip I wasn't satisfied with a haircut that wasn't even close to what I asked for..but it was too late to fix anything...Got home and took a shower and looked in the mirror and was even more Dissatisfied.. there were few dark Spots and only one side of my side burns were tappered... I'm not asking for a refund, do to 2 days late..but I just had to share my opinion, it was bothering me.. its like i had to wear a hat after a hair cut... but I would not recommend this place for a FADE ANYWAYS.. "Absolutely terrible place to get a haircut. The lady butchered my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she didn’t even use it for reference. She was too busy talking to pay attention to what she was doing. Her clippers must’ve been 15 years old, because of how hard she was pressing them against my head. Stevie Wonder could have given a better haircut than her. The vibe in the shop is not good. The ladies who aren’t cutting hair, sit in the corner and gossip. At one point I heard the word “retard” being used. The haircut was $30. Not even licensed hairdressers charge that price. They should feel like thieves for their quality of work. I’m not sure how a business can operate using derogatory terms, don’t listen to customers, and have out of date equipment, and abysmal prices. If I could give a zero star rating, that’s what they would get."

"I’ve never liked a fresh hair cut. Usually takes about a week for it to grow a little bit before I like it. I went into Master Barber for the first time after being irritated with other barbers. I think everyone there is amazing but specifically Debby gave me the first ever fresh hair cut that I absolutely loved right away. Absolutely the best barber shop in MT. No appointments, just walk in!"
