I think she must be new to the industry......The lashes she put on fell off within two days and my eye's were really irritated for a few days afterwards as well. I've been getting my lashes done for years and I will not be going back..It's upsetting to spend so much money and to walk away feeling taken advantage of."
"Poor review turned into an exceptional review, thanks to the owners of Sola Salon, and Jamie with Balanced Beauty!!! After my first appointment with another hairstylist in the salon, I was beyond disappointed that my stylist was 1 hr 40 minutes late… I no longer had time to get my hair color touched up, and I opted for just a hair cut, which I was charged full-price for. I left feeling robbed of my time, very agitated, and disregarded as a new customer. However, when I reached out to the salon owners to explain what had happened, they immediately responded with genuine concern. Very promptly, they set me up to have my color touched up with Jamie a few hours later, which they happily paid for. My appointment with Jamie was fabulous and I left feeling seen, heard, valued, and absolutely thrilled with my Christmas-photo-ready hair! Thank you to the owners and Jamie for taking the time and effort to make my holiday a special one! I will be a returning customer! "
"Definitely not going to this place after seeing the reviews and after going to get pizza, we see the employee and customer drinking white claws. We even tried calling and no one answered."
"It has been over 6 months and I am still growing out the stubs from Color Theory frying my hair off with harsh products and over processing. I now have unwanted bangs because some pieces broke off at the roots and struggle every morning for what to do with it. I wouldn’t chance it if you have longer hair."
