"I’ve been here multiple times with no problems. But today I came in for a haircut, they were a little busy and I was put on the wait list and was told it would be a 20min wait. I told the gal I parked right in front of the door and if it’s ok I’ll just wait in my car. She assured me it was fine and they’ll come out to get me. I waited for almost 40min and finally left after seeing people who pulled up after me get their hair cut. So clearly I was not put on the list or the gal at the front didn’t let the hairstylists know I was in my car. No one even bothered to call me. At that point I had to get back to work. I definitely won’t be coming back."
