"I went in for a trim and got helped by the coolest hair stylist I've ever gone to. Her name was Megan and from the moment I sat in her chair, to the moment I left, I was pretty much laughing my head off. Plus, she did an amazing job on my hair. I didn't want to lose too much length, but my hair was fried at the ends. She somehow trimed it and it didn't even look any shorter, which I was super pleased with! She made me feel very comfortable and gave me some great tips on how to keep my hair healthy. The prices are unbeatable too. I highly recommend seeing Megan at Great Clips. I'll definitely be going back and bringing my family as well!!! THANKS FOR BEING SO AWESOME MEGAN!"

"Imagine finding out you had to go to an out of state funeral over a holiday weekend and trying to get 2 9 yr old boys hair cut. This morning, we headed to this Great Clips for the first time as the online queue showed there was hardly a wait. Megan was rude. She has no customer service at all. She mumbled F* my life in front of my children after she couldn’t figure out the music. She was unhelpful and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to any of the responses to questions that she asked. Which resulted in her telling us to have fun at the funeral. But the icing on the cake is that she is a terrible hair stylist. The ugly bowl looking cuts mentioned in previous reviews are her handiwork. My children came home with 0 blending and a mushroom effect that we will have to have fixed after we land. I have boys. I am not picky, but these are just bad and cannot be tamed with hair gel. On top of that, I have the sweetest husband in the world. Seriously, I’m the mean one, so for someone to be unkind to his southern charm and beautiful face is unfathomable. I tried to discuss these issues with Megan and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt by acknowledging maybe she was having a rough day, but I was hung up on after she screamed I WAS THE ONLY ONE HERE. So, I’m off to catch a plane with two tiny versions of Moe Howard."
