"Avoid this place. They have no knowledge of watches. The Assistant Manager there turned my Rolex down she also talked to her district manager and was like your watch isn’t real. Yet I have original papers along with authentication from OC Tanner who is a AD for Rolex. Someone needs to teach her customer service. Trying to say my watch was ticking lol obviously she has never seen a Rolex in her life. My movement was smooth. 28,800 bph 3235 Is my movement. She thinks it goes in a circle perfectly with no beats at all. I’ll be reaching out to corporate."

"Great people, great service, and fair prices. I went in to pawn my long board and Tyrone took care of me. He was super friendly, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Ill definitely be back next time I'm in a pinch."

"Victor was very friendly and fair, but the big guy managing him was an absolute jerk and seriously needs to learn some customer service skills. Openly mocking customers seems like a questionable business decision to me. I'm not surprised that the shop was empty during what should be the busiest time of day. First and last time doing business with this shop, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you don't mind them being incredibly unprofessional and making jokes amongst themselves about you right in front of you. Based on other reviews this is a recurring theme at this place."

"I just called one minute ago and I asked the lady who answered if they took titanium rings. Her reply was, "No sir. Unfortunately we do not." And then ended with, "Thank you for checking with us." Wow! Perfectly and sincerely stated. Whoever this lady was (she gave her name but I did not hear it) she deserves accolades. I have done a lot of in person business there and the rep "Mason" has the best personality for this business. He cares and is super laid back. I love this store."
