"Not a good business,had my tax preparation done for the sole purpose of getting a loan,I live in a motel and am very hungry,well my taxes was going to be my meal,the so called anticipation loan stopped they said on the 11th,so why was I told I qualify and then I don't,I had a huge return coming,why Don't I qualify?And then I'm told I had to wait? 222.00 dollars later I should have just been patient and done them myself!! Not cool man! Starving to death!! You could have saved my time and money but greed is what gets companies like this!! I paid 200 dollars for nothing!!!!I'm furious!"

"I was there for a second opinion. I told the lady that i tried to file my tax through credit karma and that i would stick with it if it turn out the amount i owe to federal is bigger if I file through jackson hewitt. She told me that i could change my mind as many times as i wanted, and she's still happy to do the work to find out. It turned out the amount i owe is a little bit bigger than i did with credit karma. But credit karma offers free of fee and compared to 300 something filing fee from JH, i had to stick with CK. Good service tho, and the lady was very friendly and helpful."
