"Cesar was very rude to me & another lady he yelled at my two year old then told me to grab him because he was playing with a little girl to mind they were just talking they weren’t even running around ! & he told the lady to never take her kid again me & the lady just walked out & I’ve been there for many years never have we had a problem & to say yes nice he’s really rude !"
"My family has been coming here for years, before they owned the whole building. They've always been really good. The main staff is always very professional and knowledgeable. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because in the past the newer/seasonal staff isn't always very good. They do well, but I feel like i have to repeat myself. Everything else is great!"
"My experience is doing taxes, This is my second year so far so good. The only thing I complain is this the hours Cesar said they open at 8am I call at 8.30am to verify and the record say they open at 9am and if you see the posting hours says 8.30 this confuse to people want to improve your rating keep up with the info update otherwise you will get bad reviews By the way Cesar has much knowledge wich is very valuable. From my experience ask for Cesar"
"Worst service ever, they are very disorganized. They didn't have my birth certificert ready and they couldn't even find my original. No one here knows what's going on in the office. I had an appointment scheduled for the day I came in. I ended missing my appointment due to there lack of responsibility, organization, and communication .It's ridiculous on top of that they still charged the full price."
