"It was a decent place to live and it got better for a bit, but this Last year with covid and everything it has gotten neglected. This place changes management like people change underwear, some managers care and some don't. You never know what direction it is going to go? and if they are real? Some are nice to your face and as soon as your back is turned they're talking about you and stabbing you in the back WELL IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE WE HAVE A NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY( VISION REAL ESTATE) THAT HAS TAKE OVER AND WANTS TO RAISE OUR RENT FOR AWFUL CONDITIONS AND FOR AMENITIES THAT WE DON'T HAVE AND WHATEVER EXCUSE THEY CAN COME UP WITH WE HAVEN'T HAD DYERS IN 7 MONTHS AND THE ROOM HAS DOG POOP AND PEE IN IT NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS COMPLEX WE HAVE DRUG DEALERS THAT LIVE BY US AND USERS COMING AT ALL HOURS EVEN HAD ONE THAT WAS REALLY MESSED UP KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR. WE HAVEN'T HAD A SWIMMING POOL IN 3 YEARS, VISION SAID THEY'RE GOING TO FIX IT, I BELIEVE WHEN I SEE IT! THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL BIG TIME IN THE YRS WE'VE LIVED HERE. WE GET PROMISES AND THAT'S IT, THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR PROMISES AND NO ACTION WE ARE THE FORGOTTEN COMPLEX AND THEN WHEN VISION DOES SOMETHING THEY CHARGE US UP THE NOSE!"

Management is amazing and although could use improvement in a couple places due to the building being so old it all in all is really a good place My kids like it the rent is fair and I absolutely enjoy this place. Maintenance is very nice and quick to fix things."

"they never cleaned it before we moved in it was absolutely disgusting, came with a fruit fly infestation, the whole building is disgusting, things constantly broke and maintenance never did anything DONT MOVE HERE"
