"This place is absolutely gross! The mice and roaches everywhere. You can be the cleaned person here and still see them everywhere! Not to mention maintenance is absolutely horrible! Almost nonexistent! Our washer broke over two weeks ago full of water, stinks, and is now growing mold. They still haven’t fix it. No matter how desperate you are do NOT move here!!"

"DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I promise you, it is a disaster. I moved in last September, and we immediately saw cockroaches upon arriving. We went to management, they did a treatment, but the roaches kept coming back. They’ve done upwards of 7 treatments but the roaches have gotten even worse. Last night we discovered a colony of 20+ roaches behind our furniture. They will do absolutely nothing about it. We also found black mold forming in the shower. Do not let the pictures fool you, the interior of the apartment is nice, but it is not worth it to wake up to cockroaches crawling in your bed, and all around the apartment. Find somewhere else, believe me."

"I wrote a review about some "cockroach' bites I had a couple weeks ago. I'm here to update.... the bites have only gotten worse and more frequent over the last 2 weeks. They've swelled up, burned etc and I went to see a doctor and they said it's not Cockroaches but possibly bed bugs bit we couldn't find them. Well today I found the culprits of the bites. Ticks.. this is incredibly disgusting, and they say they have taken care of these bug infestations but they really have not. I'm attaching some photos if i can. My body is in pain from this and incredibly uncomfortable. This apartment complex needs to be shut down. I have already sent in a report to the health department. Also not to mention how dirty this whole place is, broken glass everywhere, beer bottles, cigarettes. Broken glass, dog feces, its everywhere. And they are always constantly overflowing with their dumpsters which scatters other miscellaneous trash everywhere too. Also everytime it rains the parking lot floods. So classy!!!"

"Stayed the night here, cockroaches were everywhere at night, I woke up with bites all down my spine. Also not to mention the disgusting outdoor area. Broken glass, beer bottles, cigarette butts and cartons, you name it it's all just strewn about. God forbid someone's dog or kid steps in that glass. Also the dumpster situation was horrendous too. Idk if they haven't come to collect it or what but that's a PROBLEM"

"Visited a friend here and needless to say this is a terrible apartment complex. First off, there is dog feces everywhere. It is disgusting and a terrible reflection on the property management team. I don’t know who is running this place but most apartments stress cleaning up after your dog and will fine you if you don’t. Not to mention the health hazard that it causes to residents and/or visitors. Secondly, trash is everywhere. I walked into her place and saw litter scattered everywhere while walking to her apartment on the second floor . Third, she complained about numerous cockroaches that she has seen since she moved in. Fourth, how is this place charging almost 1600 dollars for these awful living conditions. Fifth, saw broken glass everywhere in the parking lot. What is this? I told her to report this place to the city and if she doesn’t I will probably have to do it for her, because no one should be paying this much money to live at a place so utterly abhorrent. You can spend the same amount to live somewhere that actually cares about their tenants. I would have gave these sorry and atrocious apartments zero stars if google allowed me to do so. I feel bad for everyone trapped in a lease with this place."
