"My mother was a resident at St. Marks Garden for 15 years. Caring for an aging parent takes time, patience and love and I appreciate the staff at St. Marks for their supporting service to both my mother and our family. From prompt repairs and maintaining the property to providing social activities and information regarding available services for seniors, St. Marks really made a wonderful contribution to my mother's well being and to our family as we cared for my mother. I highly recommend St. Marks as a place for senior living."

"St. Marks Garden is amazing. My mom has lived there for 10 years, and she is very happy there. It is an INDEPENDENT LIVING complex and is well-kept and clean. If a light bulb goes out or a sink gets clogged, a quick phone call or stop by the office will have someone out to fix it in a jiffy. When the freezer went out the other day, Becky came down and took all the frozen food down to store it in the office and once the new fridge was delivered, she brought it all back. The snow is removed, and the lawn and trees are kept nice and tidy. The staff here goes the extra mile and really care about the people that live here. The residents have friendships and watch out and help each other. My mom loves living there."

"It makes me sad to see any negative reviews about St Marks. This place has allowed my mom to keep her independence and enjoy the company of neighbors who look out for each other. The apartments are kept up and are inspected twice a year. If there are need for repairs they are taken care of quickly and efficiently. There are not very many options like this and honestly I’d live here in the future!"

"We are so grateful for St Marks Garden. The staff is awesome and so willing to do anything for the tenants. It is very clean and safe. We know our family member is comfortable, safe and very happy. Becky and her staff are very professional and do an amazing job. They were all very helpful, kind and willing to help our family member when they needed a new place to live. Our family member feels safe and is extremely happy! We strongly recommend this place!!!"

"I am pretty sure that this place is defrauding the government. They are taking money from HUD under false pretenses, claiming to provide services to residents that they do not provide. On one occasion, they repaved the parking lot and forced all the Elderly residents to park their cars at the bottom of a hill and walk up the hill to get to the apartment. This obviously caused health complications for my mother, who ended up in the emergency room due to her blood pressure. I am currently putting a report into HUD services and hope their will be an investigation. This review is for anyone who is looking to move to this location. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you are a social worker, do not allow seniors to move here. Find somewhere else. There should be criminal charges brought up on the owner."
