"I just moved in last weekend and I love it here! Even the 1-bedrooms are nice and big! This is so nice for low-income individuals! I understand that some people are having issues with the management here. Honestly, I never had a problem with them. They're really nice and have helped me to understand everything that I needed to do to manage my place. It's just a matter of you listening and taking responsibility like turning on bathroom fans so that the smoke alarms don't go off when you shower and looking for bedbugs in any used furniture. Once you know what you're doing, this place isn't so bad after all."

"If your child has a disability Do Not live here! They will attempt to discriminate against you, let neighbor harass you, and ignore all of your phone calls to deal with the situation. They are very unprofessional and do not care about their tenants. It may be cheap since it’s subsidized housing, but everyone deserves to be treated right."

"I lived there 11 years. My apt was upstairs. Not one time did my windows get washed. They never replaced my blinds or slats. My stove and fridge were from the 70's & 80's and wouldn't work half the time. But the #1 worst thing is black mold! Not just my apt. It is all over the complex. #2 is bed bugs. We were told to pay for exterminating our own place. With 3 apts connected?! Ridiculous. Even though this place is low income housing, choose another place."

"They interested in helping people better themselves the community coordinator is one of the most sensitive person they have had in year's.They do community bbq's for the summer they have garden boxes that you can participate in with a lot of donated fruits and veggies.Classes to help you learn to cook healthier, After school programs and summer programs for kids and the residents are pretty awesome as well. Well that pretty much sums it up oh crime free with Kaysville's finest patrolling on foot 24hours a day so had new most of the people there and I only lived there for 7 and a half year's"
