VALO at South Haven Farms

I love my townhouse, the peace and community that I feel here, enjoy the clubhouse, and love the staff! I get questions answered quickly and with the friendliest responses. Kinsey does a great job keeping us updated and heard! I totally recommend this place!"

"Since moving in just over a year ago I have for the most part enjoyed living here. It is a quiet place to live, I've had very little maintenance issues. Some issues I've seen is dog poop not being cleaned up. I walk out my front door and smell dog poop, neighbor's let there dogs poop in the rock in front of their porch and don't clean it up. Parking is a big issue, there is not enough parking and several spaces are reserved for the club house. I've yet to see anyone park in the club house parking and actually use the club house. Cars are constantly being parked in the roadways. I think they could have reduced the park area and made more parking. The grass area where the park is located is all soggy and muddy 95% of the time. There is a dog park that is locked up because nobody picks up after their pet. It sucks that those who are responsible and pick up after their pets get punished and cannot use the dog park. However I have seen alot of dog poop in there lately because people are putting their dogs over the fence. Emails and newsletters get sent out but i don't think anyone reads them. I almost think if text messages went out to the residents itvwould be better and the residents would get the message. Other than these few things I love living here. There is a really nice gym and a good view from the gym. My kids can't wait until the pool opens."

"Me and my husband moved into the valo townhouses a couple months ago and it has been the best place to live. It is very inclusive and family friendly! Communication with the clubhouse is so easy and informative. They have easy to use websites to give you information of your rent, announcements, activities they offer and so much more. The townhouses are so beautiful and well built we have had zero maintenance issues and that’s amazing! If you are deciding to move here or not, do it! you will love everything Valo South Haven Farms has to offer."

"The layout of the townhomes is nice and spacious. Generally quiet and friendly neighbors. Eric, the maintenance guy, is the best! Very communicative, friendly, and on top of things. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because of the amount of dog poop throughout the community. (That’s more on the tenants though)"

"RUN FAR from here do not rent! I’ll start with the pros before the cons. The place is new so the paint is nice and it’s relatively quiet in the townhome so I cannot hear my neighbors unless they are doing construction. That’s it. Cons: None of the amenities are finished but you’re still charged for them and valet trash even if you don’t use it. Nickel and dime fees tons! Earwig infestations! I called my own pest control because after 3 times spraying they couldn’t fix the problem. The dishwasher didn’t work and maintenance requests get no updates if they even get addressed at all. The dog park when open was not maintained. The dog poop trash is overflowing. People don’t clean after their pets. The place has well water only and it stinks like sulfur, no water filters provided. Amazon always delivers to the wrong units. There has been countless issues I will continue to mention later. The place is built so cheap and they cannot afford to keep up here at all. Don’t even bother calling the front office after move in. They don’t even answer the phone or return voicemails. Again I will update my review after move out which I am very much looking forward to."
