"Poorly maintained. Closed the pool and hot tub due to dangerous conditions from lack of maintenance. Poor quality gym. It used to be a wonderful neighborhood. Very sad to watch it's decline."
"Thanks for all the reviews which reveal this to be a very mismanaged HOA association with high dues and high percentage of rentals which should be restricted to protect homeowner values. Sounds like rental homes are overpopulating this HOA community. I was looking to purchase and reside here here but definitely changed my mind for sanity sake, despite great pricing. Thanks everyone."

"This place use to be nice to live in, however high rent prices up north have sent a lower income class of people to the area. They leave trash outside their doors and in parking stalls. Their kids vandalize the area. HOA is non-existent and will not enforce the rules. Tons of migrant workers have also moved in and they stare and whistle at my 12 year old daughter. Unless you're a single guy I would look elsewhere."
"You can not get ahold of the HOA. The phone number that is listed to reserve and contact management is not in service. The club house is disgusting and needs to be deep cleaned and updated. The pool has been out of service for months. There is no snow removal. I have no idea what the hoa fees are for. Because it’s not being managed at all. Seems like Someone just collecting money for doing nothing in return. This place is turning into a run down facility. I don’t know how everyone that lives there don’t stand up to the hoa and make them put the money they pay each month back into the whole facility."
