"Best broker to work with. I spent a lot of time shopping for a broker to “hang” my realtor license with. ERA has everything I was looking for. They have a TON of marketing tools and resources. I love their hands off management. I like being independent. I also love the wealth of experience and knowledge that I can gain from team meetings and trainings. Their sister company NAI Excel is also amazing. Same with their property management company. A solid company."

"This is how this shoddy agent lists a house. No pix of the house, none of the yard, no kitchen, no bathrooms, no bedrooms. Instead the flyer looks like a furniture sale. Pathetic. No wonder realtors have such a poor public persona."

"Do NOT use these guys!! I wasted 2 months on the market with NO SHOWINGS!!!! I would ask my realtor to call certain people that could potentially get some eyes on my one of a kind home and the "Diane the Broker" shut her down. They also had an agent, Beth that did an open house and she was telling everyone why I was selling and went on about my health issues to everyone that came in. She didn't get up once to show them the house. Telling everyone I was desperate to sell!!!! Broker never called to apologize! I also had to write my own description because the one they did was horrible with spelling errors! There are a ton of better brokers out there-my agent Jenelle was good but the Broker "helping " her not so much!! :("

"Mollie Pullman is the worst agent. Most of our interactions were quite awkward and uncomfortable. She had a feminine hygiene issue that made it hard to concentrate. Our mistake was going with someone so inexperienced. After entering a contract with ERA, I found the buyer of our home on my own through Facebook. So I paid 2.5% of the selling price to place my listing on MLS. And we were the ones to find our home that we wanted, too! So yeah, I think you can see why I was not super satisfied. I am surprised I received an email to leave a review. With the current market in Utah I will be using Homie in order to save on the costs of a typical realtor."

"Last summer we decided to invest in the Utah real estate markets. We worked with Jami V. as our realtor and she was fantastic. We selected a new construction property and being out of state she was very attentive in checking on the progress and coordinating with the builder. the closing process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend her. She suggested Colby as a property management option and we met with him and discussed his service options. We closed in November and he had the property filled in 2 weeks. There have been a few issues which have popped up since then and he has taken care of them in a very timely manner. I would recommend him as a property manager."
