"The staff is great and genuine people that actually want to help you. The apartment is the nicest complex I have ever been to. It is brand new and super clean. The view is insanely something you want to wake up to every morning."

"If you want to beg and wait 3 months for your deposit back after leaving the place more clean than delivered, then rent here. It has been an unpleasant experience as the management is more focused on filling up the apartments than taking care of the residents. No maintenance, we reported rats coming to eat our food and they came to see it and left (not to mention they didn't tell us when they were coming and came in with no permission to enter). When they left they told us they would cover it with a piece of wood, nothing was done, we report it again and after 4 weeks they said they cannot cover it so left a rat trap, and left the hole open as they need access to it(in case of flod). The pool is dirty most of the time and the "jacuzzi" cold or dirty. The washer doesn't clean your clothes.... it's the worse washer I ever had, the kitchen stoves are the cheapest ones too, I didn't even know they still made them, with those holes under, hard to clean. They always kept telling me "we will do better" and nothing, everything remained dirty or broken inside the gym/clubhouse after reporting it several times. "The movie theater" they have is just a bunch of tv's and the edges get in the way of whatever you are watching (no one uses it). I have a friend living there too that complains about noise and the cold. I suggest people to check other places because the high rent here is not worth it since they don't care about the residents and just about the money."

"Brand new apartment complex in Lehi near Texas Instruments. The Vue has great amenities, a great gym, virtual golf, theater room, pool table, and a pool area open year round with hot tub and a kid's splash zone and a BBQ. We've lived here for just over a week and the staff have been really great at servicing our needs. Each apartment includes one, one car garage. Your rent includes high speed internet. You just have to pay your electricity. So far really loving this place. We even have a view of Utah Lake."

"The staff was super nice ended up putting money down for an apt there. Will be moving in November. Have a good amount of amenities while they are still building to make it a nicer place."

"This complex is down the street from me. They have put up a sign that blocks viability if you want to turn left. If you call the manager he is rude about moving it. Basically doesn’t care. If this is how he is for something this simple, you can imagine the poor customer service you would get as a tenant!I would never rent here!"
