"Greeway Apts in El Mirage AZ.. day 51 NO kitchen. Plus, now I don't have a master bathroom ceiling as the drain pipe leaked down to my bath. AND... the contractors somehow cracked my entry door and have not fixed it! NO.. I do not want your endless platitudes, I want a unit where I can relax after a hard day at the funeral home where I work! I see death all day, every day but I come home to ... HELL?"
"DO NOT RENT. DO NOT RENT. DO NOT RENT. Trust me I’m saving you from this company invading your privacy. HERE WE GO. If I could give 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. This company has absolutely 100% been the absolute worst property management I have ever rented from. I rented here only less than 5 months. The first indication is that the lease states “ Unless otherwise restricted by law, AGENT may enter the premises during reasonable hours with or without notice in order to inspect, make repairs, provide general or preventive maintenance, replace filters, leave any notices, and/or any other reasonable business purposes while TENANT is present in the Premises.” Now this clearly means they can enter your apartment ANY TIME THEY PLEASE. We had a lease violation within the first few months. I will accept that one okay? But the neighbors kept complaining about us when they absolutely did not need to. It even annoyed the maintenance people. I was at home one day and I had just gotten out of the shower when I heard a voice outside my master bedroom door. I was terrified until I heard management. I yelled “I’m not dressed!” I was very scared and felt like my privacy was violated. Because it WAS. I should have called the police but I was scared. I eventually had to let them look through my apartment. From that point on I became paranoid that someone could enter my house any time they wanted. I’d stay awake during the night thinking someone has a key to come in WHENEVER they want. I also had my garage left open a few times which also convinced me they were in my apartment. I spent weeks not sleeping and scared to the point where I had a mental break. I was admitted into a PSYCH-WARD because of these disgusting people. I even had to go and ask when they entered my home because I was so freaked out. Eventually the neighbors had made enough false claims to have us “evicted” they set it up to where we had to pay legal fees in order to A. Not sue them. B. Not have enough time to find a lawyer. And C. Take as much money as they pleased. We paid rent for 2 extra months before they rented it out. They make everything as hard as they could. One last thing Gale I hope you realize that your lack of compassion is SO GROSS. You see other reviews about you and you STILL have the audacity to be as snobby and difficult to work with as possible. I hope karma comes around for you and your company. No one I mean NO ONE should have had to go through what I did. Y’all’s suck. (Also photos to prove I lived there!!)"
"Can you post a 0 star review? I would if I could. I lived in a house in West Valley City with two roommates. We lived pretty clean and I made SURE that when I moved out, I left it in great condition. And then we were charged $2370 in excess of our security deposit. I would challenge ANYONE to find issues with the state we left the house in. But somehow they found a reason to charge us $875 for landscaping (we mowed and edged regularly), $845 for a FULL house cleaning (we cleaned EVERYTHING), and $1820 for repairs/painting (including an hourly "regular labor" rate of $77/HR for 16 hours of labor and all of the missing and damaged things that were issues before we moved in) Honestly, what repairman can charge $1200 for 2 days of work? On top of it all, once they sent us the invoices, they gave us only 1 week to review the charges, submit any disputes, and pay the charges before they would hand it off to collections and tack on an additional 40% in attorney fees. When you're not sitting idly by waiting for unannounced charges from the last place you lived, you're not available to suddenly dig up evidence as to why you don't owe $2000 to a property manager with attorneys sitting on standby. They strong-armed me into paying before I could even think. Plus, I'm not in the state anymore so the idea of going to small-claims court to go over what reasonable landscaping and house-cleaning should cost isn't an option. And they know that. Obscenely unethical and perverse property management who takes advantage of people who don't have time, energy, resources, or knowledge to fight back."
