"This was actually the first time my mortgage brokerage has had the pleasure of working with Jon Romney as a Realtor. I must admit, I feel a bit apprehensive when collaborating with someone new, but I was pleasantly surprised by Jon's excellent negotiating skills and his genuine care for his homebuyers. They were even able to keep all their seller concessions, which is an incredibly rare occurrence when working with builders. This truly showcases Jon's talent for negotiation and his unwavering dedication to his clients' best interests. The story doesn't end there, though. When the appraisal came in a couple thousand dollars short, Jon once again leaned on his extraordinary negotiation skills to convince the lender to lower the purchase price to match the appraised value. Not only did this save his clients some money, but it also simplified the lending process for our finance team. I must also highlight Jon's exceptional communication skills, which were consistently on point throughout our collaboration.
