"I regret living here the office people are rude my car got towed from the carport. I pay monthly for it. This place is a joke I had to pay to get my car back $ 316. Also from April 1 no later than 10 am if any trash bags are out they will charge $25."
"Please don't live here, they don't do a good background check on people, there is no good maintenance, the pool is a mess and the furniture is all broken, the pool table is also broken, Aspira is really a mess, the management is horrible. Not to mention pool parties with loud music and people who don't live in the complex. Besides, the maintenance people tell you that they are not going to charge you for any repairs to the wall and then they will charge it to your account."
"This place is great, and they have fantastic facilities. The office staff is really excellent to work with and the maintenance staff is always right there if anything needs fixing. Very professional. Prices are better than most other apartments as well."
