"Definitely better choices in the area. The management is nice and tries but for "luxury" apartments, it takes 3 hours for one load of laundry to dry and we have asked repeatedly, but all we get is someone comes in to clear the vents and nothing changes; our refrigerator has been replaced 3 times in 1 year; the last time we were left for 4 days with a broken fridge only to receive one with broken veggie drawers..oh well! I guess it is cold, so thanks?? Our kitchen sink faucet only works on full blast and we dont use our dishwasher..Ever!! Because it is gross and moldy! We had a stench that was terrible and our garbage disposal would stop working constantly!! After over a year of repeated requests, someone finally came in and did a proper job- turned out there were rotten nut shells clogging the entire sink...it was almost liquid and smelled SO BAD!! We had to LIVE WITH THAT FOR OVER 16 MONTHS!! I cannot express this horror enough!! Not to mention the moldy, disgusting washing machine and completely uneven stove!! I cant cook properly, nor wash dishes, do my laundry, or depend on keeping my food cold. But the biggest issue here and the reason for my review is the environment! I have 2 kids and since we moved here, they cant go play outside!! We have spilled food, broken glass, and dog feces in our driveway and sidewalk to our apartment. I have to go and clean the entire buildings' walkway if I dont want my children subjected to the dangerous filth that seems to be no one's problem. Older kids rule the grounds with the parents fighting and cops called on a regular basis. As in last week and more weekends than not!! We picked an apartment close to the park and pool but it's either security asking for more proof than immigration and pure harrasment with security guards entering the pool area and standing over us asking for us to get out of the pool to show our ID with our address or other parents fighting and having to step in to protect my 11 and 7 year old from being screamed at by adults that feel this is their personal territory. So for over one full year, all I say is: you cant go outside!! Not to mention the parents that take their ENTIRE family to the gym. I am talking toddlers, mom, mother-in-law, and wife!! Full families at the gym every evening! Cant use that either!! Good luck leaving your apartment!! Or living in it!!! And again....other mentionables!! We did not receieve the manditory service of cable for over 9 months!! The cable company told us we had to resolve it with the complex, and the complex told us we needed to resolve with the Charter! It took 9 MONTHS to resolve, all the while being charged $140/month for services not receieved. And the apartment itself was disgusting when we moved in. It took us special trips to purchase cleaning supplies and 3 days to get it in livable conditions!! And the snow!! If it snows, fend for yourself!! I was trapped for 3 days and it didnt matter because everyone else was trapped! No planning, at all!!"

"I had water dripping into my apartment from a leak in the apartment upstairs from me. I haven’t been updated as to whether that leak was fixed. And I have not had any follow up about the water damage in my apartment and have concerns about mold because of the damage. But it appears my inquiry is considered solved. Usually my maintenance issues are resolved super quick but this one fell through the cracks."

"Great management, not so great owners. The front office staff was consistently pretty good about resolving concerns, but they often have their hands tied by policies/decisions made higher up. They were very accomodating when we had to store some belongings on our patio while our garage was unusable. Overall the units are in a pretty good location, and depending on the building you're in you have a nice view of Lehi/the lake off in the distance. The size is also pretty good, but the price is a bit high(though that is true for everywhere right now). Proximity to Harmons is great too. Back in May we received a short notice heads-up that we (along with many others) would be unable to use our garage for 3 weeks as a company came in to address foundation issues for the building. 3 months later in August as we are moving out, the garages are still unusable. The owners offered a $200 credit for each month we were unable to use the garage, but that amount is pretty paltry considering the attached garage is a huge selling point for those particular units, and considering how long they were (and still are) unusable. The noise was incredibly disruptive as they used machinery to tear out the concrete in the garages as well. I think the ownership could have and should have handled that situation better. On the topic of moving out, there were some pretty big discrepancies on the move-out charges between the lease agreement and the move-out sheets that were handed out. I understand we're in a period of inflation, but 100%+ increases on certain services just seems like willful deception. We were pretty thorough in cleaning our unit and carpets (see photos), so I will revisit this review after everything has been finalized to adjust it according to our full move-out experience. The move out experience ended up being alright. If you do a thorough job of cleaning, you are not charged those cleaning fees."

"We've been happy here. We have 3 kids in a 3-bedroom apartment. The fireplace makes for a cozy space. The pool was clean and fun. The basketball court is nice. The playground is good, but the slides were too hot and had wasps, so we didn't use it. The outside grill is nice for parties. Everything is well-lit at night and feels safe. Maintenance has fixed things right away and even offered to come out at 11pm on a weekend when our smoke alarm battery was beeping, despite not living on-site. The clubhouse is nice for conference calls, hanging with friends, and playing pool. The gym has been nice to have on-site, but I had to replace the batteries in the remote there. Amazing location! Bike and hiking trails next door and super easy to get anywhere."
