"Worst place you could imagine. Property management is awful and charges you an arm and a leg when you move out. ALL positive reviews are bought. I remember when I first moved here they offered a discount if you leave a positive review - be warned by that. They prey on people who need affordable housing and then charge extra fees and do not help with maintenance."

"Not worth the price since the smart home practically doesn’t work for anyone upon moving in and they won’t help you fix it. The pool is open like a month in the year. They don’t even shovel the walk ways and say we are in charge of the ice on the stairs and walk ways even with the hoa fee they charge. They are also ready to steal your deposit upon moving out even if you clean the place they will hire someone to professionally clean three seperate times so they can charge you more than your deposit. The apartment is so sealed that taking a shower in the apartment will cause the base board to split. The area is also terrible to live in because there have been shootings, car break ins, and car jackings. They also charge you to take a dna test on your pets so they can encourage people to clean up after their pets which was never enforced and just another thing they use to take your money. Parking can be scarce as well. The apartments have practically no storage at all they offer a parking garage that they say you can’t use to store anything in besides cars. This place is horrible…"
