It's not a luxury apartment, but it's not meant to be. It's kind of a hideaway from the busy parts of town and a true place to come home and relax. Elk Run truly knows how to run an apartment complex!"

"Lived here for years, I absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly, and the grounds guys are great as well. When the snow starts sticking, they are here, shoveling it away and getting the grounds salted so that everyone can get to their vehicles and can walk outside with ease! Speaking of snow, the giant hill by one of the playgrounds has proven time and time again for the kids to enjoy all day long! And when it came to repairs, they almost always send someone that day to come and fix it for me."

"It's an okay place to live. There is mold in the apartments and their only solution is to wipe bleach and repaint, which does nothing, it comes back, if you live on the geound floor prepare for massive amounts of bugs and spiders especially when they trim the bushes. They don't care that your neighbors kids are bouncing off the walls and jumping from their beds all night long, we stopped complaining cause they don't do anything. They did work with us a couple times when we got covid and had to be late on rent even thought we always got caught up and communicated with them and even applied for assistance. But that also got our lease non renewed which completely screwed us in this housing economy. I wouldn't rent here again but also wouldn't say don't live here if you need a place to go. Better than homeless."
