"I am very impressed with the employees at this gift shop. I overheard a few phone calls, where they each talked the person through how to customize a gift for their loved one in the hospital, and even offered to send pictures to their phones etc so the customer could be a part of it. Eileen helped me and she was so kind and compassionate. The only negative I can say is that things seem super overpriced. Which seems to add insult to injury for those of us with loved ones in the hospital. But otherwise, wonderful, inviting place"
