"Shelby Drake was one of five companies we had come look at our AC unit and give us a quote. He beat other's quotes by thousands and wasn't pushy about getting extra stuff done. He has a full time job (UVU HVAC) in addition to doing this so will often come during evening or weekend hours. He is responsive and so easy to work with. His overhead is minimal and he passes that on to his clients. Very honest. Explained the issue and gave multiple options and let us choose what we wanted. And he let us know when he had an earlier opening and came out on a Saturday to finish our install. The warranty on the unit is also great- 2 year workmanship then manufacturer which is 10 years. Highly highly recommend. There's a reason he has 5 stars. We'll use him again when our other unit goes out."

"Shelby installed a completely new HVAC system for us. He was able to give us a price that was thousands less than the last quote we got. Plus, he was able to do the job weeks before any other business could (in May)! We only had to wait a few days. He was very clear and helpful, and he doesn't try to mess you around on the price. Very honest! It's nice to have someone in the business that I can really trust. He and his worker did a great job, left everything clean, and took the time to explain the new system as well as maintainance we should do to keep it running well.
