"Payson diesel so far is the only place that is able to get me in in a timely fashion, and actually troubleshoot and figure out the issues on my truck. If you have a caterpillar engine in your truck, this is really the only viable option as far as I’m concerned in all of Utah and Salt Lake County. In general, it was always three grand to get anything troubleshot at another shop. I honestly believe that there are only a couple of mechanics that are capable of actually troubleshooting a cat engine in the area, and the majority of them are working at Payson diesel. Brody and Josh know other stuff. We’ve got some custom work done through them with our 7.3 power stroke as well."

"Had service done back in November. Just getting to the review now. Ron was nice enough and got me in on a moments notice; however, he way overcharged me for a fuel filter replacement ($290) and didn't put my wheel well liner in right, so it blew off while i was driving. Had to pay $40 to get that replaced, too. I'm sure there were other things that had to be checked with my truck, as two codes were being thrown, which would explain the price, but I was pretty disappointed about the wheel liner not being put back in correctly."
