"We were three days from heading out for our first trip of the year when i realized that the water heater was leaking water all over. Turns out I failed to drain for winter and it burst. Everyone I called said it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get to me. I called Straightline RV and spoke to Kyle. He was very understanding of my situation and offered to look at it and said he would get it done before my trip. True to his word I picked up my trailer 2 days later and fully functional was the water heater. Kyle was very honest and professional. Not the cheapest quote I had received but his quick work and honest assessment was well worth it. Highly Recommend Straightline RV Repair."

"The fresh water inlet to our motorhome toilet started leaking in Great Basin National Park and would leak whenever pressure was in the water line. Two days later in the late afternoon I drove to Straightline and told Kyle what I thought the problem was and knowing it is their peak time for work if they might be able to fix it in a couple of days (I was visiting Salt Lake City for 5 days). He took a quick look, said he would have to order a part and when it came in the next day he would call me to have the repair made. Repair made within an hour at an acceptable price.
