"Scott Hale came out today to do a furnace tune up and inspection, during which they found an issue with the gas valve. Tech Michael Ryan diagnosed it quickly and had a new part installed within a couple hours. He also looked into my warranty and was able to do the repair/replacement at no cost. His service was excellent and my house is heating up nicely as we speak!"
