"Frankly I do not understand this repair man. He raved about his knowledge and experience and his skill with dishwashers when I phoned to get an appointment to get my whirlpool dishwasher fixed. When he arrived, he acted like he had forget it was a dishwasher needing to be fix. He acted confused and disappointed it was NOT a washing machine. I told him the dishwasher was not leaking underneath. The leak was in the front when it was full of water. He then said said he would have it fixed in a jiffy. He fiddled around for one half hour and asked questions about a possible leak underneath. I explained my husband had pulled out the machine and checked and it was dry as a bone and no water had leaked underneath the machine. He then started blaming my husband for pulling it out and looking to see if it was leaking underneath the machine. My husband caused the damage. When I said I was happy he was going to get it fixed today, he chastized me and started making excuses about these things are not an easy fast fix. You just don'e fix them in a jiffy??? Sometimes it take days to get parts etc. It was bazaar. I think he is a washing machine repair man. If it is a dishwasher and it is not just a pipe leak, he is not knowledgeable so he starts to blame and make excuses. When he started to tell me, my husband should not have pulled the dishwasher out. He said he damaged it. I told him my husband did nothing to damage the dishwasher. He then said to me “ I am out of here”:.. He then huffed and puffed away. He picked up his tools and was gone. He is old. He may have some dementia issues. I am sorry about the frustration I caused. But he is an interesting fellow."
"Steve has helped us three times in the last 10 years and has always done a stellar job. He really knows his stuff and doesn't upsell or overcharge. Very friendly and honest. Wish more businesses would follow his lead!"
"DO NOT - and I repeat DO NOT use this business. We are senior citizens living on Social Security and thought this was a good option for us. Our dishwasher is still showing error codes and is much worse than when we started. After $200 and a second visit this older gentleman actually REFUSED to fix our dishwasher. He blamed it on the air conditioner (?), the hot water heater (?), and some kind of story about ripe cherries being at the top of the tree. I was degraded for not understanding what he called a "simple concept." When left unattended (because he ordered us "out of his space") he wandered through our mud room and started up into our bonus room above the garage only to be questioned by our son-in-law. When he couldn't fix the problem he became unapproachable, rude, disrespectful, and belligerent. He started verbally abusing us, calling names, making accusations, and bullying us. My son-in-law heard the ruckus in the kitchen and came running to our rescue (thank heavens)! Mr. Steve started picking up his tools, etc, then blamed his medical doctor (??), saying he had a previous heart attack and his doctor gave him permission to leave any tense situation. (Oh wow! I guess any excuse will do as long as it gets you out of doing your job!) He refused to put the new part in the dishwasher (was it really the right part??) I started wondering if he even remembered why he was here or what he was supposed to fix. An hour and a half later NOTHING had been done. He spent four hours on the 1st visit. Mr. Steve, mumbling, murmuring and making rude, derogatory comments finally packed his bag and left. I think he is getting too old and senile (which he even admits) and is definitely unable to work with all the new technology on appliances. Our Bosch dishwasher is 4 years old. He refuses to take ownership for his lack of skills and wants to blame everybody and everything else when he can't problem solve. He even told us how much he hated his ex-wife (called her a witch and a few other choice names) then had the audacity to scream at me that I reminded him of her! He attacked our religion, our finances and our motive. I started recording this irrational behavior, therefore I have emails and recordings if anybody really wants to listen to his babbling, excuses, and abuse. I REFUSE to let anyone treat me like that in my own house. I am left with a broken dishwasher and some minor trauma because of this awful, awful man. I WOULD NOT recommend this company or this repairman to anybody. I can verify that his skills, personality, customer service and "warranty" are as fake as they come. If I could give him less than a 1 review, I would! July 8, 2022 Cindy Porter"
"I left messages with 5 different appliance repair numbers. Steve was the only one to return my call. He was at our home promptly at 10 am the next morning. He was professional, honest and friendly. I appreciated his shoot from the hip approach, no second guessing what he was saying. He pronounced our dishwasher a “dead horse” and wished us well. A very delightful experience (the price for the estimate was icing on the cake). Will use again if needed."
"I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Steve. He was able to come out the very next day after I called him about a problem with our dryer. He arrived right on schedule. He fixed our dryer quickly and it came out to be less expensive than the original estimate before he got in there to fix it. Hopefully, we won’t need any other appliance repairs in the future, but if we do Steve will be my first call. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
