"Boston Cream is one of our favorites and it was pretty bad today 11/10/2023 from the Payson store. The cream did not set up correctly and the whole cookie was pretty savory not sweet at all. We were very disappointed. 11/13/2023 Addressed the issue with Crumbl and they handled it immediately and sent over a coupon that more than made up for the minor issue."
"I never have issues with this location I order my cookies online and pick them up simple as that. I prefer Crumbl over dirty doughs tho as I did find out crumbl uses fresh made dough and dirty dough uses frozen dough."
