"Received a quote online. Paid the deposit. Was texted at 12:10 AM saying it was going to cost 75$ more and to let them know if I wanted a refund of my deposit or not. I chose to cancel. I have texted, called, emailed multiple times with no reply. I was told that I would hear back right away. They are unresponsive. I have complained to KSL being told that multiple people have reached out with similar issues with Pony ex. I have had to file a fraud report with my credit union. Pony ex has been unprofessional and has cost my family money. Sadly, I did not look at reviews on Google beforehand. I would have seen others that they have taken money from. Use at your own risk."
"After I filled out all the information in the early hours, did the system tell me that I could not select today, but there error code did not even make sense! As it said I could select from 8am on. But would not let me schedule! I was looking forward to start using them too for my business and personal."
"Took my money and marked the order as delivered within the app but never actually delivered it. Won't respond to my calls and email. Stay away from them."
"Using PonyEx was not a good experience and we will never use them again. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the replacement driver, Skyler, who did an excellent job and saved the day. We had a heavy couch, dresser and sideboard to be delivered to the DI. We paid for someone with a truck and 2 helpers. The first driver accepted the job without looking to see what was needed and was planning on doing it herself. Once she realized it was too much she just blew us off and didn't respond to texts or emails. I had to call PonyEx and reschedule for another driver. Skyler was awesome but he showed up with a mini van and had to make 2 trips. Not sure why we paid for a truck, a driver and 2 helpers when we got a mini van, a driver and 1 helper. The whole process took the entire day. I do not recommend."
"We purchased a sofa at 8p on a Monday, and we needed it delivered quickly. Our salesman at RC Willey recommended PonyEx. Wow. Super win. I got a text as soon as I scheduled the delivery. Their customer service is on point. Excellent communication, in time. Their driver was really helpful, took care with our sofa as well as the walls etc as they brought it in The Price was extremely reasonable,even moreso considering that we scheduled from one day to the next. Highly recommend them."
