MOD Pizza

"Food was fantastic- the gentleman that took our order was great! The rest of your employees were more concerned standing around talking to each other than helping with taking payment and thanking us- just handed me a receipt and turned back around to talk… Could use a bit more practice at customer service."

"This is the absolute WORST MOD I have ever been to. After a 50 minute wait in line, a skimpy pizza with only toppings sauce on the middle.... And a dry salad With only one tiny little container of dressing = RIP OFF!!! This is supposed to be super fast pizza and it's the slowest and worst I've ever had. I have spoke with the manager and she didn't care."

"I placed an order at the MOD Pizza in American Fork Utah location tonight and when I got home I found out that one of the two salads I ordered was made incorrectly! It also was saturated in so much ranch dressing I couldn't eat it! The other salad I order seemed to be correctly and had the ranch dressing on the side in a small container! It was also a lot bigger the the other salad which I don't understand because I got the same size for both of them! I also didn't get the no name cake I ordered! Of course by the time I got home the store was already closed! Also one of the employees had their hair hanging in their face which making the pizza even though they were wearing a green baseball hat on top of their head! I am very disappointed in the quality of food served to me by this location and if this is how you serve the food to customers then I guess I won't be eating at your restaurant ever again!"

"Pretty good make your own pizza. They lost our order and we had to wait 20 mins after arriving for a pickup order we had put in ahead of time. They tried to make it better by giving us a strawberry ding dong. Pizza tasted good. I like the fact that you don’t have to pay extra for toppings and it’s a set price."

"Pizza was great but can’t give five stars because of quality of service and overall vibe of the employees. Service wasn’t terrible but we were definitely experiencing the effects of the lack of customer service in the rising generation. Is anyone else seeing this trend? We are usually greeted as we enter the restaurant with positive, high energy but this time around I was literally standing in front of the pizza window and had to initiate the salutation. I think a few more minutes would’ve passed by if I wouldn’t have interrupted her while she was making and said hi, how are you? mod is not to blame alone, we are experiencing a zombie like customer service in the 16-year-old plus customer service area, it just seems like they are constantly checked out."
