Edible Arrangements

"Would give 0 stars if I could, they charged for the arrangement and did not send an email or text confirmation or receipt. Then it did not get delivered when they said it would and no one will answer the phone. I cannot go through the online chat because you need an order number...and they did not send me ANYTHING. I cannot get a hold of anyone at any of their stores, when I call the Farmington location it says they are closed but their business hours say they are open. What was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise now turned into an inconvenience. Honestly seems like a scam."

"Just went in for some chocolate covered bananas, unfortunately they were out but the employee was amazing and made me some strawberries and made them quick!"

"I have to say I was initially so disappointed in the arrangement I sent my grandchildren for Halloween. I called the store and Brianna that took my call personally remade and delivered new fruit and added balloons to my kiddos after her work schedule ended. Danny the manager was so very happy to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy and I would definitely order from them again. She also did explain ( did not make excuses) as to what’s going on with the quality of their product. Best customer service and honestly the nicest people I have I have ever dealt with ever!! Thank you Danny and Brianna"

"Extremely disappointed. Cannot believe what we received and this was even after I asked it to be redone. We paid over $100 for this arrangement for my mom’s birthday and I am beyond dissatisfied. Photos show what I ordered versus what I got."

"I've used Edible Arrangements many times for gifts. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I ordered now in May for my mother's birthday. I placed my order a week prior and before mother's day because I knew they would be busy. The day of my my mom's birthday, she didn't recieve her $70 Arrangement I ordered. I tried calling the next day and no one answers. Finally get ahold of them and they say the manager quit and canceled all deliveries? But no heads up or communication is given to customers. I am promised a delivery first thing that day. I wait all day for this Arrangement and it never comes in the time frame they tell me or before 9pm. 9:20pm, some random person shows up on my doorstep, carelessly holding an arrangement, and rings the door bell until my husband goes to the door. My kids are sleeping and I have a note that says not to ring or knock. I look at the arrangement that's delivered and it has 12 small pieces of fruit and is NO WHERE NEAR what I paid $70 for. Called customer service on the corporate line, agent was so rude, promised me a refund and I was not refunded in 3-5 business days. I had to call again a whole week later and stay on the line with corporate until I had a confirmation email that said I was refunded. 2 whole weeks of this back and forth with them. I will never give them my business again. Don't use them if you're expecting arrangements like the photos online! Also, they never answer there phone and if they text you to help with a problem, don't expect a reply."
