"Zero wasn't an option. My 5x"s putting in review & always gets deleted. The worst auto body shop I've ever been to. Debbie was oh so eager to get my veloster in knowing that my Insurance was to pay. Took about 1 month & 1/2 to decide to total it. Said I owed 2100 & wouldn't let go of car & then replied that a guy in shop wanted it. Of course, that's why not letting go. I would Never refer this company to anyone. I would go out of my way to tell you to avoid it at all costs. Do yourself a great favor."
"I've gone to them on two seperate occasions. Once for my Honda Accord and more recently on my Subaru WRX. LW AUTO BODY is a family owned business. I've checked around to other places, but no one can beat their prices. Their repair skills are top notch. I couldn't even tell where my previous damage was. They are very professional and handled the business with my insurance company. Phu and Chris have been very helpful and have taken great care of my car. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I appreciate their honesty and making sure that I was happy with the final results. I will definitely return to them with any future repair needs."
