"I doordashed an ordered. I ordered a double cheese burger meal. With no pickles and a large Dr Pepper. I received a cold burger with pickles on it. A rootbeer instead of a Dr Pepper. No straw. And no fries. Terrible terrible terrible service. Will not make that mistake again."

"Ordered the 5 pice tenders with mash potatoes and coleslaw the tenders are the size of my pinky finger and the potatoes had a size of a dime gravy never been so disappointed before first time having KFC in 15 years apparently not missed much"

"In the drive thru. Ordered a 4 piece meal that included a medium drink. The worker said their soda machine wasn't working some lemonade or water were the only option. I said I didn't want either and asked what the price was without the drink. She said it was the same. I told her I wasn't paying full price if a soda wasn't included. Some other nasty sounding lady got on and said the drink was complimentary at that price. And I could buy everything separately and pay more. Awful customer service. The parking lot was empty and I obviously I left without buying. Nice job on the 2.6 rating. Sunday 11/5/23 at 1:50 pm."

"First pass through the drive thru they gave us regular chicken instead of tenders and no potatos only gravy. Second pass after waiting for others (20 minutes) they brought us only 6 tendets, but hot potatos. Too bad the biscuits and the gravy we got the first time were cold by the time we got home. We ordered the 9 piece meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits. I will never go to this KFC again. They had no manager when we called while waiting in line and this is extremely terrible service. After 2 chances to get it right we only came home disappointed."

"I went to this restaurant for take out/drive through I was rushed while ordering and they about threw my food out of the window. I felt rushed and normally always check my food before I leave I just trusted they would make sure it's right. When I finally got home I was highly disappointed to find food missing fries rock hard biscuits rock hard unedable. And Mac and cheese taste sour. I called the store and in the background you could hear all the employees screaming and cussing. I let them know what I had I recieved and what i didn't receive after spending money on it and not getting it. I was placed on hold for a long period of time then when they finally got back on the phone I was told well my team said they made sure your food was there and the fries were not old or hard. I was upset. So disappointed spending outrageous amounts of money and receiving the poor customer service and poor food quality and not receiving some items at all (kids meals at that). After opening the food contents I noticed in one bowl cabbage was mixed in and in the other bowl it looks like carrots maybe and no gravy as well they just covered it with cheese and corn. I am worried about cross contaminated food I have family that's highly allergic to some items that were mixed into my food."
