"Horrible communication. Fabio does not follow through on his appointments. This company had an appointment with me and never showed up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Again I waited and they didn't show up. No phone call, nothing. I had an urgent sprinkler issue and due to both times not showing up my lawn is going downhill. Now to get in with another company is a waitlist because its peak season. Very disappointed! I guess my job wasn't big enough or important enough for his schedule!"
