"Starting going to JP's a few years after moving to Utah on recommendation from a coworker. Was told by dealers and other shops that I needed expensive repairs. Took it to JP's for an inspection before a long road trip, and they said all I needed was new tires if traveling 1000s of miles. $450 vs $4500+ quoted by the others. That was 18 years ago, and the same folks are still at the desk, and the honesty and customer service that earned my trust is still present today. "I went for emissions testing and on the spot renewal. I didn't have an appointment, just a walk in. Everyone was so nice. The lobby is very clean and pretty. They have a drinking fountain that has a water bottle station, so that was really nice. They were very busy, but they have a lot of bays and a ton of people working there. All the associates were busy and they were very fast (unlike other car places I go to, where the associates mosey around and chit chat with each other). It was a really nice first time experience."
