"After viewing their online catalog, I ended up going with Element Ring Co for their great balance of quality, material, and price! I ordered “The Architect”. Once I got my ring, it ended up having a few problems based on the overlay of metals as it was Damascus Steel. One of the steels ended up falling out in bits. This is something that can happen during the building process of the ring due to a few factors. I sent in photos via email to the support team. Due to previous experiences with jewelry companies, I was expecting an uphill battle, but they owned up to it, apologized, and sent me a new ring free of charge! Both rings are beautiful and I can instantly tell that the new one delivered won’t have the same issue as the first one. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone who may be on the fence of where to get their rings!"
