My guitar was stolen around 10 or 11 years ago but never reported by me because it had to have been either a family member or a friend of one of my kids. I also was an artist rep and head of R&D for a custom shop guitar company and had over 100 guitars at the time so I never noticed it gone right away. I spent 10 years looking for another guitar like it and it showed up at Crown Pawn 10 or 11 years later. Now for the record, the individual who pawned it had nothing to do with the theft. I am in another state and it wasn’t him. I called the pawn shop thinking it was one like mine but then the serial number matched mine along with a slight blemish on the guitar. I told Marie I simply wanted to buy the guitar back. Marie was outstanding to work with and made it possible. I received the guitar back a few days ago and it was kept in immaculate condition over the years. Marie also did one of the most professional packing jobs that there was and shipped it out the day the balance was paid in full. Crown Pawn will now have a customer for life from me!
