My fiance and I are so thrilled to have a unique wedding band for him after the hassle with the previous jeweler!"

"I’ve been to this store many times. I’ve never met a more fair jeweler. We’ve had my wife’s ring cleaned by him and because he wasn’t satisfied with his work he gave us a discount. He’s priced out a few items for me and when ordered they ended up being less than what was initially quoted. Instead of pocketing that difference he gave me the cheaper price. His selection is great, he’s able to do custom work and is very speedy. But that speed doesn’t compromise quality. I will only ever shop through The Gem Smith from now on. No need to visit those big diamond stores that overcharge and bleed you dry."

"The owner and his daughter were so kind and caring. I was helped promptly upon my arrival and love the way my piercings turned out. When I arrived, I wasn’t 100% sure of how I wanted the placement of my piercings. However, the owner went out of his way to help me settle on a choice, taking me to the hair salon next door so I could look at another customer’s piercing that he had done. What a guy! You could tell he wanted me to be certain and happy with my choice. Very impressed. Will be returning in the future and recommending The Gem Smith to everyone I know."

"Had an overall great experience at Gem Smith. It was the first place we went wedding band shopping and it was a pleasant experience. We got both of our bands here! I set apart a yellow gold ring for my fiancé and I paid the price I saw in the case. For me (or him) however, I had a simple very thin and small twisted rose gold band (in the photo below) and the price listed for the 14k was $199 but he ended up paying closer to $300 due to the “price of gold going up.” I got his band after he got mine. Why was the rose gold band “adjusted” in price when there’s more gold in his band? I understand that gold can go up a lot, but it still felt a bit bait and switchy when it’s an alloy with copper. That gave me a sour taste, but he didn’t mind it. Overall their prices are reasonable and we enjoy supporting smaller businesses. The men’s comfort wedding bands had such a customization we didn’t see elsewhere, which are perfect for my fiancé who has large knuckles and thin fingers. Even with that snafu, I would still go back for a jewelry set cause they’re fast, have a great variety, competitive prices, and they won’t charge you until you pickup which is a great perk. Unfortunately his band is too large for him, but that’s more his fault!"
