"I have been a longtime customer of MBM since 2018. I have countless necklaces, earrings, rings, anklets. I have bought many times as gifts too! I bought the pearl huggie earrings last year in March of 2023 and loved the style so much. I noticed recently that a pearl fell out and got in touch with customer service. After an email conversation with MBM, they said there was nothing they could do. So now I have these $82 earrings with a missing pearl that I cannot wear anymore. Disappointing. If they had been cheap jewelry, I would not have minded but for that price range, I expected better. I will not be recommending or shopping with MBM from now on."

"I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Made by Mary. My daughter ordered a pair of earrings on December 12th, and as of one week later, they haven't even shipped. Upon reaching out to customer service, we were informed that we had missed the shipping window and the only solution offered was to pay an exorbitant expedited fee. It's baffling that a company operating within the same state couldn't manage to drop a package in the mail, which would likely take just a day. What's even more disheartening is the lack of assistance from the customer service team. Instead of finding a reasonable solution or showing any willingness to help, they seemed content with insisting on an expensive expedited option. I expected better from Made by Mary, and this experience has left a sour taste. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize fees over customer satisfaction, especially when the issue could have been easily resolved with a little effort and understanding. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to think twice and be wary of their apparent disregard for customer concerns."
