"First and foremost if you are looking to actually make a ring, this is not for you. The majority of the “class” is spent watching the employees do the work. If you want a custom ring where you pick everything, this is good. The shop is clean. Two out of three of the employees helping us were very nice and friendly. *As discussed on the phone, there were two other women at our table (not in our group) who were making comments throughout the class. I was not disrespectful to your employees. If you want to discredit me, and therefore my review, find something true to type. As my review states, two of them were great. The third was obviously at the end of her day and was ready to go home. I also told you on the phone I understand your equipment is not for everyone to use. That’s fine, but advertise the class appropriately. Watching your instagram reels it looks like the customer shapes the spoon ring. Your employees did that all for my 16 year old capable daughter. This is no disrespect to you or your shop. Merely, advertise the class for what it fully is. If your employees are asking for reviews and showing the QR code to leave a review, be prepared for honesty."

"My friend and I came in after searching through many permanent jewelry shops and trying to find the best one. I was a little nervous before going in because I didn’t know what I wanted and didn’t want to annoy them with my indecisiveness but I am sooo beyond satisfied with my experience. Lindsay was so sweet and helpful adjusting the tightness over and over again and being so patient and understanding. Another reason to come here is the quality and price Is great. Make the trip here even if you live closer to other shops because it’s worth it. I will 100% be back to attend the ring making event and get more permanent jewelry!!"
