Beehive Distilling

"The bartenders we're super nice and helpful in selecting and ordering drinks. Sadly though the food left too much to be desired. We ordered eggplant, two burgers, a chicken katsu sandwich and the bic sandwich. Every thing came out cold, including the very sad serving of 4 -6 fries on each of the trays. The serving sizes were relatively small which we all could have been okay with had the food had been tasty but paying $13 for a tough, cold piece of meat just didn't seem worth it."

"The distillery is in a modern looking building. The interior is very posh. This place has the potential to be great, but it's not managed well. We showed up for dinner before a concert, and the only food choice was tacos. Apparently, Taco Tuesday there means they only serve tacos and not their regular menu. The tacos came out cold and just weren't that good. They were super understaffed as well. We had to order our food at the bar."

"I loved this place! Gin and cats make me happy, their resident distillery cat Gimlet made the experience. This beautiful distillery has a wonderful selection of Gin including their own. The inside was decorated nicely, a great environment for having drinks. They offer a nice food selection. The drinks were all very tasty with a beautiful presentation. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"I think we caught them on an off night. Only one bartender on a Saturday evening obviously isn't enough. At one point, we counted 19 people in line waiting for a drink. But once we finally got food and cocktails it was great. The bartender was apologetic and we felt awful for her, as the line must have been over an hour long. EDIT: Want to stress that we will go back. Super cool place, they just need more help."
