"This location has terrible customer service!! Never like to be the guy to be the one to say it, but it's outright ridiculous!! On multiple occasions we have went in here with needs and the staff just treated us like scum! The 2 most infuriating incidences were being denied water to drink and not being allowed to use their microwave solely because of the false idea they had of who we were. (very judgemental) Hoping to see changes here in the future for sure."

"Mrs. Terri treats her clients poorly. We had a very bad experience with that woman. She cannot serve the public like that."

"The tire air pump will turn to vac after starting without telling you and does not allow you to turn it back. When I told the employee this, she told me the pump was not owned or run by 7/11 and to call the number on the pump. When I did this, it asked for my employee credentials.... for 7/11. Went back inside to inform her of this and she yelled at me to leave or she would call the police. Meanwhile I had a completely flat tire in an unfamiliar part of town at 11 at night, and no working spare because the tire I was trying to inflate was the spare. The air pump literally has the 7/11 logo on it, and she tried to tell me it's not owned by 7/11, and then told me if I was having an issue that I should come back tomorrow when her manager was in. She refused to call the service number posted on the machine either and told me to do it, even though it said it was for employees only. She was lazy and incompetent and straight up rude. I'm a young woman in my 20s, alone at night, with a broken down car in an unfamiliar neighborhood and she threatened to call the cops on me because I asked her to call the number on the machine at the business where she works because the machine was not working properly."

"The foreign cashier who works graveyards is beyond horrible. She accuse me of not listening to her when I came there to pick up an item and then when I try to explain something to her she got really ignorant and defensive towards me as if she was my mama. I understand clerks at the stores work such a dangerous jobs, but it’s still not an excuse to treat anybody however they want to."
