"We went as a double date to Holystone and had such a great time! Bree, our lovely guide and server was so nice, extremely professional in every way, and full of knowledge! The ambiance was fantastic in the serving room. I personally don't drink liquor straight, nor does my man .. but it's such a great experience and it was so classy. Highly recommended! Really Cool!"

"One of the best tour+tastings I’ve experienced. The tour and history are informative, and the staff all have good senses of humor that makes this even more enjoyable. But, the tasting is where the experience gets really elevated. It’s easy to tell that Holystone has put a lot of effort into their craft. They have very much mastered their unique flavor profiles for vodka, gin, shochu, and absinthe. Each spirit has a distinct flavor accent that sets it apart from the crowd—and you definitely don’t have to be a connoisseur to pick up on these details. 10/10 experience overall. "If I could rate it more then 5 starts I would, We went here for my birthday for a tour and tasting. It did not disappoint! I have never been to a distillery before and I did not know what to expect, but this place is amazing! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the process and knew the answers to our questions about the process. The tasting experience was absolutely amazing too, they have excellent top shelf spirits, especially there gin (my favorite) 100% worth it and I would highly recommend this place for a fun time!"

"Excellent local distillery in the SLC area that is one of the few in the USA that I could find that makes Shochu (barley based). It is an excellent Shochu with a mild sweetness, a hint of the grain flavour, and a very smooth finish. The Cerulea gin is a beautiful bluish colour and the floral notes are lovely on their own or in a cocktail. This is just another favourite among the excellent spirits produced here. The Vodka is grappa based and is very clean. It makes both a great mixer and a wonderful sipper. Sign up for a tasting tour online, or stop by to shop. The shop itself is decked out nearly as eclecticly as the tasting room is. Knowledgeable staff will guide you through the great options."
