"I went with my son and received great service from Dr Herlevi and the medical assistant . We had some things I was hoping they could help with and it seems like it should help a lot. My son is younger and they did some cute things with him & helped him feel at ease. It was a bit of a wait but I think mostly because it’s a popular office and for the initial visit for us both, but altogether were really thankful and grateful for the great staff , help treatment we received!"

"Springville Dermatology and Med Spa continues to be the best! I’ve been a patient at both the dermatology and med spa for over a year and a half, and have never been more satisfied with any business. Their level of professionalism and care is unmatched. Recently I’ve purchased a serum, and it was a bit darker color than what I’m used to. I was concerned about the quality, so I called the med spa and they immediately agreed that I bring back the product for inspection. Even though they assured me the product is still effective, and the color was normal, they said if it made me more comfortable, they would exchange the product for a new one. On top of the new product, they also gave me free samples and a gift bag. This is one of many examples that shows the excellency of Springville Dermatology. I hope to keep giving five stars for many years to come!"

"Went in there trying to just start an old prescription back up and was very nervous it would be hard with a new doctor but they listened to everything I had to say and didn’t question me at all. It was fast and I felt heard. Would DEFINITELY recommend! Also veryy nice people working there all around! So happy with my choice of coming here! Oh yea and they best part was they got me an appointment the next day! Very satisfied."
