"They may have what you need. But their customer services is so bad through the phone line. Guy was rude and arrogant. Sucks that there's only limited places here in Utah that have the supplies one needs."
"Sadly, they were disappointing. Needed a piece to repair my walking edger. Went round and round with them. They didn’t understand until I went out to the truck and brought it in. And they didn’t have it. In the past I’ve bought my concrete tools from them and they were great. But, it seems they have gone down hill. Too bad. I went next door to “White” and bought what I needed in seconds. “White” knows the business and is very well stocked with experienced staff to help you."

I showed up a few minutes after closing as memorial weekend started, he not only stayed open to help me with my product (concrete form tubes) but he cut them to specs for me. Not the kind of service I was expecting from a concrete specialist company, but sure am grateful."

She was treated very well, both over the phone and in person. If she feels differently, it was not because of a lack of desire to help, but rather an inability to solve that specific problem. We regret that she had such a bad time, we have talked to the owner of the company to resolve the issue."
"Not sure this is even worth one star. Jake was such an ass to my mom they do not go out of their way to help at all!!!! So rude and unprofessional. Make sure to take your own tie downs they don't have any in their warehouse. And will not go out of their way to look."
