"Very disappointed considering this hotel is beautiful and elegant. Service was the minimum but he clearly didn't care. Bartender was ok. I know SLC isn't known for food. It clearly showed. Meal was not great. It was edible but severely lacked seasoning. For a Saturday it was slow so I'm sure they need to cut the menu and offer basics they can prepare well. Drinks were 7/10. Not great but I've had way worse!"
