Wendy's

"Went there with my kids through the drive through and as we were driving away we realized we were missing an order of fries. I immediately went back and told them we were missing an order of fries. The man working there asked a worker if she had forgot to give us an order of fries. She said no. He told me that she said she didn’t forget to give us an order of fries. I told him that she did and he kept insisting really rudely that I got all of my order. I kept telling him we were really missing an order and he asked to look through my bags like I was lying. I haven’t had problems like this before but I don’t think we will be going back and it’s always been my kids’ favorite fast food place."

"It was like a coop of chickens without heads trying to manage a store. Drive thru took 15 min because no one was on headset. I heard one of the crew workers ask who was supposed to be taking orders. Food was wrong. Took forever to get it fixed. Then it tasted nasty. Not like “fast food” nasty, but like the pickles had been soaked in bleach and the chicken had been left out long enough for it to become cold and plasticy. Fast food is fast food and the bar is on the floor. They did not meet the bar."

"Super wilted lettuce, cold chicken which is normally served warm. I’m unsatisfied with the food but service was great."

"They don't have good customer service here at ALL. Went through the drive thru tonight and was cut off and rushed with "anything else?" before I could even say what I wanted to order, then was met by an annoyed staff at the window. Only 2 employees were in uniform out of the 5 we saw working, multiple employees were wearing everyday clothes and jackets. The food was mediocre at best as well. Ordered a cheesy bacon potato and got a potato with what seemed like not even a full strip of bacon, just pathetic really. Honestly won't be coming back here even though I live close. I would rather drive further for better service."

"Really pathetic. A bunch of kids that don’t care what they’re doing at one time Wendy’s was my favorite, but now even the food is starting to taste really different. Ordered chili last night it was cold and tasted like it was clinically developed or produced, even the beans tasted horrible but especially the meat didn’t taste like it was real bottom line is I threw it away ,the kids and there were kind of tolerating the customers? All standing in a group laughing not doing anything. Also, Pam, is it a vanilla shake at all they had was chocolate. Pretty basic not like it used to be."
